The Dictatorship of Nakilius or DN an anti-free and harsh nation ruled by NaklsonofNakkl. The citizens are squashed into tiny homes as the most of Nakilius is made of military bases and industries. Most if not all civilians are bound to the nation by a necklace that explodes if the person(s) leaves the nation at any time.

History
A spec of land
When NaklsonofNakkl first bought his spec of land off the edge of the United States. Once the land started to become populated it was time to elect a leader, there was no choice in the matter as all pointed towards NaklsonofNakkl as being the leader. Once this was declared nothing but expiation happened and so the Nation that was once just a small bit of land has turned into an ever growing nation.
the Necklace
Once the nation began to expand it occurred to Nakl that his rule might be disobeyed by his people so he invested in a device and created an invisible bordered fence around the nations edge that would set off the necklace worn around a civilians neck that was attached onto them at birth and cannot be removed without setting off the self-destruct sequence and thus causing the person(s) death. A weekly mandatory check would be held in every city that would be done at night in a baseball stadium sized area where the civilians in that town would be seated and chained to the chair. Then the highest ranking official in the town would turn on the check sequence which causes the necklace to shine red and anyone who was a trespasser or without their necklace were killed on sight. So far the necklace has been raising some issues which are still under moderation.
A New Superpower
So far with the amount of civilians and the ever growing enlistments into the military with far investments in advance warfare which so far have been classified? The civilians are shouting war, but can the economy handle the task and who will be the first target?
Government
The government so far allows no political freedoms and has very few civil rights.

the Great Civil War
Around the third generation of Nakilius civilians a lash of protest broke out like nothing seen before. Civilians and the local authorities were not getting along and began to clash with one another on site, reports of police car bombings, civilian snipers and such began to run the city of Nakilius into nothing short of a death trap for those wanting to visit. Because of the war, the amount of lives lost and the battlegrounds at which are now made into convent tourist spots, Nakilius proclaimed this clash of authority vs civilians "the Great Civil War". Families of the fallen civilians and authorities were not happy with the idea that their loved ones died in a civil war against themselves but after reading the great founding, the civilians were pleased to know that a war before theirs took more lives at a greater pace.
Almost eighty percent of all civilians killed in the war were males causing the remaining teenage males to hook up with older and younger women. Most women whose husband died in the war became quick to change sexual preferences and caused a crisis at which almost no woman was straight. Nakilius then passed "Sexual Reparation" stating that if in the case a war lashed out causing the mass extermination of a specific gender that the opposing gender would continue to spawn offspring (married or not) in order to bring back the lost amounts of the opposite gender. Most women protested against this but because of the recent war and lack of males to fight for them, the women of Nakilius were forced to have intercourse daily until known pregnancy was submitted to the government and a letter of service was sent to the soon to be parent. This did not exclude women who already had children of their own.
The P.A.G.S was not formed yet which would lead to their creation not long after the Great Civil War. The idea was formulated and conducted by the surviving authority figures that were fighting in the war at the time which was where the DNA for the cloned solders came from.
Police Force
After the creation of the Necklaces it was agreed that the job of maintaining the calm and peace would not be forced upon the Military who were constantly in battle between neighboring nations. It came to formation of the Nakilius Police Force (Project Alpha Grey Suite). This special unit was made to insure that the collar inspections and routine checkups were done without protest.

Medical
Spon Plague
After the Great Civil War, brotherly-sister love began to spur around the confused citizens. Once they realized what they were doing exactly it was too late, these few children born with the Spon Plague was doomed to nothing but a terrible life due to the lack of funding for a cure and a place to even began looking for one. It wasn't until twenty years later that a doctor named Professor Max Wong who proposed a proposition to Nakilius saying this; "This pill is the only known and unknown cure for the Spon Plague!" followed by "But if we are to go ahead with the production of this drug, we must get some government support. We're set to make a fortune from this drug - the money we earn will help us develop even more cures for other as-yet untreatable diseases. Some people won't be able to afford it of course, but hard cheese on them: they should have got a paying job while they were still capable." some opposed with "So the people who need the most help shouldn't get any? I propose that the government subsidizes the production of all drugs so everyone can benefit from them, rich or not! That way the money-hungry corporations won't profit from the suffering of the masses. Of course there will be the matter of a small tax rise to fund it - but what's that when lives will be saved?" So far nothing has been decided, but Nakilius is looking towards going with Professor Wong out of the necessity for a cute against the dreaded Spon Plague.
The symptoms consist of loss of memory, nervous twitching, some genetic mutations and cases have been reported of lack of sight and hearing.
Summary
The Dictatorship of Nakilius is a huge, economically powerful nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 406 million is kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources." It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defense, and Healthcare. The average income tax rate is 78%, and even higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing, Gambling, and Soda Sales industries. Adultery has been made a capital offence, skate parks can be found in every city, teenagers are sent to jail for being out too late, and only the rich can afford the latest medical innovations. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Nakilius's national animal is the Battlecrab, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the human skull.
