The rules of Extremeball are to just get the ball in the goal anyway possible, whether it means kicking it, running with it, throwing it. How you can tackle players, there are no restrictions, except that you must go for the ball and not the player. The goals are the same as soccer goals and there are 13 players on a team. The highest scoring game ever is 20-19.

Points for a win: 5 points. Points for a tie: 2 points. Points for a loss: 0 points.
