Each team plays the other seven teams twice, in fixtures home and away. In this league, the team placed eighth at the end of the season will be relegated, and those placed seventh will play a play-off with the second placed team in the second division after both seasons have finished.

Laeçoà Ðwu

The Football League Cup consists of all sixteen teams in the leagues.
