Nalonis is an elf from the Nanakaland Centrist Party and had widespread support because he was of the majority party. However, it was not enough for him to keep power as the third president. He promised to run again.

Nalonis was the vice president of Nanakaland and interim president during the period in which Michael Smith was first thought dead to when the elections came and he was defeated due to voter intimidation. Although he was the third president of Nanakaland, his term was short. The Underground - an underground group of people who wanted to control Nanakaland - intimidated enough voters and massicred elves in Ostotaure so that Nalonis lost. His defeat, however, did not lead to the Centrist Party's decline. Instead, it rallied Centrist supporters and made it an even bigger majority.
