Katakashi District (Residential)
The Residential District, known as Katakashi, houses over 2.8 million of the cities residents. Even though it has such a large population, it is such a sprawling area that it barely feels crowded. It is also home to hundreds of skyscrapers, although these are mostly for people to live in. As with other parts of Narau, the city is constantly expanding and moving upwards. Literally. In fact, some of the worlds highest sky-scrapers are located here. To make the people of Narau as happy as possible, the city planners included many parks for the people to rest and relax in.
The quality of life in the Residential District is very good. There is power, running water, and all the basics. It doesn't stop there, however. The city offers many modern services. It has a high-speed internet provider(the state supplies every house has free 256k internet. TV Taevri supplies up to 15m for TY 40/m, a cable television provider (TVT, whose most expensive package gives up to 1300 channels), sports (American Football, Soccer, Baseball, Basketball, and Ice Hockey are the main sports), and many other modern commodities.

Transportation
Airports
Narau is Taevri International Airport. It's 8 miles away from Narau, and for good reason too. It covers over 10,135 acres, has twenty-two major runways, and employs an estimated 72,000 people. The airport has service to destinations on every continent, and at least one flight to every country. It is one of the busiest airports in the world, with 115 million passengers a year using it's 62 airlines.
Roads and Highways
Unlike most cities in the world, Taevri has little to no traffic problems, which is suprising for a city of it's size. The solution was to combine highways and underground tunnels.
Mass Transit
Narau has a breath taking selection of mass transit and public transport. With several bullet trains and 32 stops including 4 at the city walls; not to mention the taxi fleet of 10,000, the bus armada of 20,000, and the subway system taht stretches for hundereds of miles underground including the specal tracks that lead to the underground Tsunami Safety Center.
