Nasuti's administrative division

Regions of Princedom

The Princedom is divided in 12 Regions, with a limited local autonomy, derived from the ancient territories of the Regio Samnium. In the north island Sabina Superba there are 5 region: Ducato di Gaeta (Duchy of Gaeta), Contea di Riegne (County of Riegne), Contea di Feltrin (County of Feltrin), Contea di Rizzacorno (Earldom of Rizzacorno) and Villa Ripa. In the south, on mainland, there are other 6 regions and the capital district: Costa di Teate (Coast of Teate), Solomona, Teate, Samnium (capital district), Valle del Carmelo (Valley of Carmelo), Castello Frentan (Castle Frentan) and Ducato di Lanciane (Duchy of Lanciane).

Main cities of Princedom

The first territorial unit of the Princedom, that sinks his roots in the League of Samnium, is managed from local officials directly elected from the citizens. This type of region are Castello Frentan, Teate, Solomona, Villa Ripa, and Valle del Carmelo. Costa di Teate, before the union with the Princedom, was a republic and maintained part of the republican structures for the local administration. The Ducato di Gaeta, like Costa di Teate, after the union with the Princedom maintained also its administrative equipment governed by the Duca di Gaeta. The thre County, Rizzacorno, Riegne and Feltrin, also are managed by the respective noble families with a part of the officials elected by the citizens. Finally the Ducato di Lanciane maintained its nobility only in name. The old lords of the period of the oppression have not heirs and the Duchy is passed between different noble families of the region. Besides its administrative structure is totally elective except for the leading of the local government that is entrusted to the ducal family. While the other regions enjoy of a reasonable administrative autonomy, Samnium is a special region than has not a self-govern because traditionally was the heart of the Kingdom and today is the leading power center of the Princedom.

Ducato di Gaeta

The Ducato di Gaeta occupies the northern part of the island and confines at south with Contea di Riegne and Feltrine. Region's capital is Gaeta in the cost of north west, that it was the capital of the Duchy when it was independent. Other important towns are: Sant'Amato at south of Gaeta, ancient religious center of the Duchy with its monastery; Badia situated in to the inside of the west cost, well-known for the ancient commercial fair; finally Frisa, in to the inside of the north eastern of the region, confining with the woodland park of Gaeta situated around the small mountainous massif Aldana.

Contea di Riegne

In the south east of Gaeta there is Contea di Riegne, that and confine also with Contea di Feltrine at west and Contea di Rizzacorno in south. Region's capital is Farasammartino in the north cost; together to Capracotta, constitutes the bi-pole of the trade with the east. Other important town of the County is Quadri in the inside plain, an important center for the agriculture.

Contea di Feltrin

In the south east of Ducato di Gaeta there is Contea di Feltrin, that confine also with Contea di Riegne and Contea di Rizzacorno at east and with Villa Ripa at south. Its regional capital is Ceraso in the plain in north of the mouth of river Feltrino from which it takes the name the County; Ceraso is an important maritime center for the commerce whit the west islands. Other important town are: Ubis in the plain on other side of Feltrin, was ancient main center of the County, seat of the of the ancient director of the commercial protectorate during the prime part of medieval age; finally Suolo in the plain near the boundary with Villa Ripa, it is well-known for the production of a fine white wine.

Contea di Rizzacorno

The Contea di Rizzacorno occupies the remaining part south eastern of the island, neighboring to north with Contea di Riegne, to north east with Contea di Feltrin and to east with Villa Ripa. Region's capital is Capracotta in the north east plain under the peak of mount Corno; ancient port of sea, together to Farasammartino, constitutes the bi-pole of the trade with the east. Other important town are Sabina Felix, the first village in the east of the island, and Punta Bordino in the south cape of the peninsula in the Cesia's Gulf, that is the principal link point of the east part of the island with the mainland.

Villa Ripa

West of Contea di Rizzacorno (boundary is the river Trino) is occupied by Villa Ripa, that confining at north with Contea di Feltrin. Its regional's capital is Cesia: situated to the center of the homonymous gulf, the town is fundamental strategic point because there are the more mattering naval bases and sites. From Punta Bordino (on the extreme of the peninsula of Earldom of Rizzacorno) to Capo Ripa (on the extreme of the peninsula of Villa Ripa) at least one Legion of Marine is always lined up to police the access to the gulf and to defend the area. In the south west of the peninsula there are Libia and Caia (more to south), nerve center point for the exchanges with the mainland for the people (Caia) and goods (Libia).

Costa di Teate

Costa di Teate occupies the west and part of the north point of the main peninsula. The regional capital is the the old (when was independent) capital of the region, Pizzoferro. Before the adherence to the Kingdom, Costa di Teate dominated entirely the deal with the west part of the continent and thanks to this monopoly his town on west coast,Pesco and Costantia with Pizzoferro, are now very rich.

Solomona

Solomona occupies almost whole of the east verse deviation of the main peninsula. The regional capital is Julia, harbor town appeared on the Julianic Strait, from that leave the commercial and civilians routes for all the west part of Sabina Superba. Other important cities are: Punta Casello, to the apex of the peninsula, from that they leave the naval routes for the eastern part of Sabina superba; Solima, in the south, from that take the name the region and the gulf in honor, according to the legend, of an ancient Roman commander who built the town for the families of its soldiers on the field of battle of the decisive crash against the barbarians invader. The large part of the Marine's Legions are lined up to the inside of the gulf for the neighborhood to the capital district and the presence of numerous military centers and naval sites long coast.

Teate

Teate is surrounded to west from Costa di Teate and to north from Solomona, while to east it is appeared on the Solima's Gulf. The regional capital is the homonymous city Teate, hidden on the small mountainous massif of the south west. At the time of the League of Samnium and of the crusades, from Teate came the big part of the production of arms: the town preserved this tradition and today is an important development center in the field of the experimental armaments with a lot of advanced reserch laboratories in all the south. The north part of the region is occupied from the mountains of the Cimana: the town of Lia to the seals of the river that come down from the mountain is seat of an important industrial district that it is extended for several kilometers in south plain.

Samnium

Samnium is the capital district seat of the all establishments, confines to north with Teate and Costa di Teate, to west with Valle del Carmelo and to south with Castello Frentan. In this region there is the the capital of Princedom: Roccaforte di Nasuti, a town originally built around to a medieval fortress that now it is extended on an enormous urban area on both the banks of the river Sannico. While the Roccaforte di Nasuti is the seat of the Prince and of the Government, the Senate of the Faithful has seat in Campli and the Congregation for the Law of the Laymen has seat in Pia, cities in the north of the region. Another important city is Sannita Nova a modern urban settlement, built from the 80's, second town of the region and headquarter of the Military Forces. Finally, in the peninsula of south, there is the city of Santa Lucia, the largest religious center of the Princedom, seat of a sanctuary buitl by the Kings (the sanctuary is in perpetual broadening thanks to the donations of every new King or Prince) to honor the Saint Patron of the eyesight: in fact the town dominates the sea and the entrance in the Solima's Gulf towards the heart of the kingdom, and the popular faith believes that Saint Lucia keep watch on the Nation settling its look on the opposite waters. In all Samnium Region there are the most powerfull military bases and strategic installations for the defence of the homeland.

Valle del Carmelo

Valle del Carmelo is the most western region of the Princedom. The regional capital is Maja, situated to the slopes of the mount Carmelo, to the source of the river that licks the capital. The valley is for big part constituted by wooded territory and is considered a natural reserve, beyond that to accommodate different spiritual places of withdrawal for the Nasutian.

Castello Frentan

Castello Frentan is called "fortress of the Princedom" because in its territory is present the mount Golgon, seat of at least 3 military bases and numerous secret positionings. This nickname is inheritance of the warlike past of the region, still living in the zone around the town of Castello Frentan with its imposing medieval castle, second only to the fortress of the capital. The city of San Gabriele, in north east at the boundaries with Samnium, is a spiritual center of devotion to the Annunciation.

Ducato di Lanciane

The Ducato di Lanciane is what remains of the duchy that imposes its dominion on everything the region until the revolution and to the independence. Entirely reconciled with the remainder of the Princedom, the region now a day is an important tourist center particularly thanks to the town of Passo Major and Passo Lanciane, situated respectively to the slopes and in the valley of the Corno Meridia, the massif with the more raised peak of the Princedom. The capital region is the ancient Lanciane: now, lacking war claims, it is an important port for the maritime traffic with the south. Positioned to the end of the river Anxan, act as commercial junction also for the town of Vastes situated to the inside of the region on the same shores. Finally to south, in a small bay, we find the tourist port of San Vito.
