Prior to the X974 Executive Office election, Minor served as Defense Bureau Chief under the Hines-Munoz-Zeppuhar administration, and even before that, worked as an assistant to longtime State Bureau Chief Gordon Newell.
Minor has been a member of the Aquamarine Party since the beginning of his political career.
