NationStates Communist Party

The NationStates Communist Party (NSCP) is a Communist party of the NationStates world. The Party's stated goal is to spread Socialism to all corners of the globe, and to unite the world under the red people's banner of progress, unity, freedom, and equality. The Party beleives that capitalism exploits the working people in favor of profits for the Capitalist businessmen, and denies power to the workers. The Party's stated aim is to work for the benefit of the working class and of the world itself.

History

There has always been a wealth of Socialist Regions in the world of NationStates. They held themsevles together through alliances and pacts all which barely held any permanance. However, it soon came into several comrades' minds that one large socialist region should be birthed that contained the greatest of the major socialist regions in NationStates.The first steps toward a grand merger of socialist regions, culminating in the creation of the NationStates Communist Party, began with the Socialist Convention, established September 24, 2005.

In the month from its founding the Socialist Convention consisted of the following members:

The region, NationStates Communist Party was officially founded October 5th, 2005. The following regions participated in the merger:

--Peoples Revolutionary Party

--Red Federation

--United Socialist Workers Party

Some nations from the following regions joined the merger: --Soviet Union (represented at the Socialist Convention)

--International Communist Party (represented at the SC)

--Marxist Alliance (observer at the SC)

The Motherland (not represented at the SC)

The following regions had representatives at the Socialist Convention but decided not to join the merger:

--The Che Guerillas The following regions had observers only at the Socialist Convention:

--Revolutionary Soviet Union

--Soviet Kommunism

The first region to complete the merger was the Red Federation on November 1, 2005. The United Socialist Workers Party completed the merger on November 5. As of this date the Peoples Revolutionary Party still contains 23 nations. NationStates Communist Party contains 102 nations.

The region continues to grow as the merger progresses.
