NationStates Intelligence

The NationStates Intelligence Agency (NSI), was historically a one of a kind organization. It began under the direction of its founder, Mr Salai, as a neutral spy agency in Jan 2004. Its mission was to plumb the depths of the NationStates world and to gather as much knowledge and information as possible about the workings of many major organizations. It felt knowledge to be its own reward, and it was reflected in their willingness to gather information about both invader and defender regions alike.

Several agents rose to the top of the ranks in the NSI whose true identities will not be shared here, but they excelled in their work. However it was not to last, Neo England, a nation who acted in an advisory role within the organisation was the catalyst in the dismantling of NSI. There was a controversial dissent within the ranks, and also a conspiracy of NPO ordering the group to be disbanded.

Most agents went on to other duties after the dismantling of the NSI by the NPO, but the founder Salai went on to convert the NSI into a news organization, reporting on the most current NationStates events, and conducting interviews with many top officials from major NationStates Alliances. However, in August 2004, Mr Salai has left Nationstates and the agency has ceased its operations. This group has long since been disbanded, but it still carries a great historical significance as being the first of its kind.
