The Holy Empire of Serafinowicz: As the second member of the region, regarded globally as the most glorious nation state, and surely more historically important than the founder, who after all did the easiest bit, which is creating a region, and being the second member is surely more important because it starts the rush to join and is the largest proportionate increase in members, and in any case is the most subterranean of all the nations, and certainly more subterranean than The Principality Which Need Not Be Named here. Not that we're bitter or anything, but A North-Facing Patch of Scree was a lovely spot, and all we did was keep everyone out with over-enthusiastic but splendidly costumed border guards, and anyway, our flag has a lovely picture of a cabbage on it.
