The National Parliament of Bynter sits six-hundred 'Members of the National Parliament' (MNP's). Half of the MNP's are elected via plurality from constituencies whilst the remaining half are voted en masse from a party-list. It sits in Zindyth (Bynter's Capital) in People's House. All Bynterial citizens can vote for both plurality and party-list seats except those living in Downe and Vurt islands who may only vote for the plurality seats in their area (20). This is to compensate for their local representation in the Vurt and Downe Authority.

- Bynter Royalist Party - 1 seat (dissallowed enterance)
