The Government of the Republic of the People of Neudegg created this state owned company as the primary automotive leader in Neudegg. This business has been created from government purchase of the following companies:

Tiu Industries
Neudegg Autos Public Limited
Industry Motor Limited
The new company was named the Neudegg Motor Company.
Research and Development
Dual Gas and Motor Technology
NMC is focusing its development on DGMT (Dual Gas and Motor Technology) for a close-to zero emissions engine. NMC plans to sell DGMT cars and DGMT engines to international consumers and international automotive firms respectively.
