The Neugiler Manifesto was made many years ago (year unknown) to show the foundation of the Neugiler religion. The problem was everyone at the time was going through what we called the Great Interrogation. During the Great Interrogation many of the believers of this religion began to question why everything mentioned during the mass was true. After much badgering the church put together a council called Council Aurea (Golden Council). The council met together to commission and write a book that would (by piecing together clues throughout history) explain the actual history of the religion itself. Nowadays it is used not only to teach the religion in schools, but is also used as a secondary "bible", mostly for reference.
