New Pacific Order

The New Pacific Order, or NPO, is a controversial government that took power in the pacific in August 2003(?) , under the nation Francos Spain. The supporters endorsed the satbility of the regime, while opponents deemed it oppresive. The NPO reorganized into "The People's Republic of The Pacific" or PRP.
