New Pacific Order

The New Pacific Order, or NPO, is a controversial government that took power in the Pacific in August 2003(?) , under the nation Francos Spain. The supporters endorsed the stability of the regime, while opponents deemed it oppressive. Shortly after Francos Spain left, the NPO reorganized into a government called the People's Republic of The Pacific or PRP.
