Ngawali Mobutu

Ngawali Mobutu is a daughter of Zairian President Mobutu. She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in International Relations, and currently serves as the Zairian ambassador to Parthia. She is married to Serge Me Bayia Corn, an Ivoirian businessman. It is believed that her influence within the family is second only to her brother Nyiwa's.
