Nieuwe Munchkinland is a member of the following international organizations / conventions:

Nieuwe Munchkinland was one of the founding members of the International Democratic Union. In October 2004, the IDU selected Nieuwe Munchkinland as its UN Delegate. After the adoption of an IDU election charter, Nieuwe Munchkinland was the region's first UN Vice-Delegate, and served in Nov. and Dec. 2004.
