The Monarch CEO, Nokona
Nokona rose higher than any other in Fod. Her elevation to the throne directly followed the euthanasia of her mother, Yoshi. Upon assuming the position Nokona started off a ferocious dissolvation of government. Within the first month the entire Yoshi Admnistration had been eliminated. The following era is unofficially regarded as the "Reign of the Black Sun."
