A reincarnation of the Hypereionite Empire, the Northern Empire was formed by a small nucleus of northern upper class during the chaos following the Second Civil War. After a short time, however, they were reabsorbed into the Imperial fold, largely thanks to the apathy of the lower classes towards the notion.
