Novacom

Novacom is a Highly Isoltaionist Nation whose foundings and date are a closely guarded secret, external Archaeologists despite never having set foot in Novacom Territory though have been allowed limited access to the Legendary Novacom Archives surmise that the nation itself is over 7,000 years old.

Culture

Native Novans are heavily duty dedicated they beleive that their Political system is the true way to happiness, they hold regular rallies almost daily through the streets of Novesia and many other cities waving round the Novacom Flag and bearing Banners with the Novacom Emblem on reffered to as the four armed star. Religon doesn't truly exist in Novan culture as a religous war 3,000 BCE devastated the population who vowed that religon had no place in society and rigoruously purged all Religon from their lands, the people however are fanaticaly and are possessed of a fervor that outsiders say indicates the existence of some other religon while others speculate it could merely Patriotism, albeit a somewhat extreme form. Novans often engagae in bizzare sports to outsiders revolving round the nations significant mountain terrain.

History

Novacom itself is a nation founded 7,000 years ago, archaeologists put the founding at roughly 5,289 BCE, Novacom's History is shrouded in mystery throughout the ages they were incredibly Isolationist allowing trade and visitors to set foot only on the Twin Fortress Island Port Cities of Lystadan and Divango, the Novacom Islands are also where the true site of Atlantis is according to Nova History, however though the existance of a second atlantis is widely theorised to be in existance, this second atlantis being the true atlantis of greek Mythology not to be confused with the Novan Atlantis. Novacom was only once ever close to being invaded, and this was during World War II however though Guided by the ancient Widsom of the Unfailingly accurate Prophetess Viginias they were able to negotiate peace to the war without loosing anything. Novacom then went on to continue it's alliance with the Soviet Union however this was to the further detriment of relations with the rest of the geographical Region. Novacom has always been a highly militant nations with a dominant Navy and air force however the army is just as feared having made a good account of itself as a deadly and highly efficient fighting machine, this was further enhanced after a series of Military reofroms where Enforcers the Elite Guard as it were of Novacom were also assigned the role a Commisar played during World War 2 in the Soviet Army, however the role of an Enforcer is so much more than that of Commander, in Novan the word describing them means comrade and brother yet niether at the same time, it is a word in which their is no english equivalent.

Technology

Novacom prides itself on a high level of technology, this is in part contributed by the prohecies of Viginias which are stored underground Novesia Novacom's Canyon City Capitol in great Catacombs which are over 4,000 years old. The Prophecies as well as the most comprehensive library ever to have existed are stored in a place known as the Great Archives where all world History is catalogued and stored. The most notable amonsgt Novacom's Arsenal of Technologies are immensely powerful Jamming technologies which are unmatched by anything in existence, they block all forms of communication and detection essentially ensuring that Novacom's Homelans remain represented on maps by a simple blank circle with Novacom Territory labbelled, even Novacom's Region map has little information with a small fragment of the Divango Fortress Port city on the map instead of the entirety.
