Novoi Vechnosti (Новой Вечности) was a collection of several states that were settled by some Ancient Romans while passing through to Egypt. They settled in the mountains south of present day Riegab. For many centuries they laid undetected, and very isolationist, but in the year 824 Muscovite emigrants comming from the current area of Russia moved into the area, they noticed that the states were all independent and decided it was best to bring them together. Thus the Republic of Novaya Muskva was formed. They still would remain very isolationist. But one day about one millenium later Riegaban troops entered the capital Muskva and demanded they open ties, naturaly they listened. Over the years they (willingly) opened up ties with more people in the region, their economy began to flurish untill there was unfortunetly a revolt. War was in full swing by the end the rebels would win, they would rename the nation Novaya Respublika (New Republic) Later when the tyrranical dictator named Ivan Boris Vostrikov the nation was renamed Novoi Vechnosti, New Eternity, swearing that his "republic" as he put it would never end, later his son would take over and then his son, and again his son, finnaly his great great grandson Natan Vostrikov would take over, and is still reigning to this day. Eventually Riegab would step in, not to destroy the Republic that is but to try to open up ties with the nation. They succeeded and to this day are the only nation with such insight to the nation, even to the lengthes of having a representitive from their nation in the government.

Religion
Most of Novoi Vechnosti's citizens are atheists but there is a small following that believe in the Riegaban religion of Neugiler.
Language
Everyone that lives in the nation must be able to speak the national language, Vechni Russkii otherwise they'll be deported, but aside from that, they speak a number of other languages including, Rigavie Sutanio and German.
