Nurakai is a small country located within the region The Dominion. It is a relatively young country, only having won its independence forty years prior, but had a solid political and economic platform to stand upon.

Geography
Nurakai is a landlocked, mostly-mountainous nation located within The Dominion. It borders the Protectorate of Sklo to the West.
The mountains – called the Smokostka (or Dragon's Bone) Mountains – run across the north of the country into neighboring Sklo. Most of the population of Nurakai lives in the mountains. Sniekholm, the capital, and Lút, the cultural capital, are situated in the mountains.
South of the mountains are the flatlands, affectionately called the Trawaduży ("big lawn"). There Orężmiasto, the third major Nurak city and official headquarters of the Nurak Army, is located.
Government
The Republic of Nurakai is a small, environmentally stunning nation, renowned for its compulsory military service. The primary focus of the government are civil rights, at the expense of the economy.
International Politics
Nurakai is the economic powerhouse of The Dominion as the home of the Dominion Cooperative Stock Market (CSM). The CSM is the largest – and, for the longest time only – stockmarket in the Dominion, and is valued well into the billions of dollars.
Nurakai also has an extremely close relationship with its neighbor, the Protectorate of Sklo. Both countries enjoy an "open border, open trade" agreement, as well as being part of the politically-motivated Nortek Alliance

In celebration of the report of 100% literacy in the population of Nurakai, the government turned to the students to draft a new national motto. Their only guideline: it has to do with education.
Submitted by a 4th grade calculus class in Lút, the current motto – "010010000100000100100001" – was chosen. According to the government, the reasons for choosing it were quite simple: it displayed intelligence, and it expressed superiority via intelligence.
The translation? "HA!"
