The Omnichassis Realtime Operator suit is the primary ground powered battle armor system used by the Tahar Joblissan Marines. It is best known by its operational name, the Panther, and is sometimes also referred to by its acronym, ORO.

The ORO (Panther) is an intermediate powered battle armor suit designed to fall somewhere between the ICE and the UBU, both in size and role. Measuring at a bit under 8 feet tall (7'8" typical height), it is noticably larger than the ICE, and masses correspondingly more (~800 lbs unloaded).

A small internal supplmental tank is designed for emergency field use in converting fuel from on hand materials, but the converter works slowly and the tank supplies only a brief time on full power, truly for emergency use only. The ORO mounts a 20mm cannon in one heavily reinforced arm, and carries nearly 200 pounds of mixed ammunition for it, paired with a lightweight flamethrower. As the cannon barrel goes past the hand on that arm, it can be a little awkward handling two-handed tasks while suited.

The other arm mounts an integrated automatic grenade launcher. The smart OPS-style firing system enables easy selection on ammo types on the fly; an over-the-shoulder missile launcher with tyically three to six light missiles is also maneuvered by a handle with this arm, allowing Panthers to engage armored and flying targets with relative ease. The Panther mounts nearly the same degree of armor protection and signature shielding as the UBU. With a top sustained speed of 30 mph, the Panther moves slower than the UBU but faster than infantrymen and some vehicles. The Panther can be retrofitted for sustained immersion with some work.

The Panther is also available with a Tahar Joblissan 50mm recoilless rifle and 7.62mm machine gun substituted for the 20mm cannon. This variant is less common.
