The Nomadic Peoples of O Clizzle is a peaceful nation with a highly educated population. Having a place amoung many progressive nations in the region of State Street, The Nomadic Peoples of O Clizzle is the first nation to accept and embrace Anarchist-Communist theory as it's style of government.
Beginnings
The nation began with strict government control of all business and has always allowed it's people all civil rights and political freedoms it can. As the population is brought up in a non-capitalist state and are ruled by a system based on cooperation rather than competition, they hope they will no longer have the greed that most nations see as human nature. As the population becomes educated and compassionate, the government plans to start a slow down-sizing process which will eventually end in the destruction of all government in O Clizzle and the creation of a peaceful anarchist state. The people of O Clizzle are very proud to be "The Great Anarchist Experiment".
Government
Because of the excellent social welfare programs in O Clizzle, the people need not worry about any of their basic needs (or many of their wants as well) as they are provided free of charge by the omnipresent government. Housing, food, medicine, medical treatment, libraries, museums, radio stations, TV channels, even music concerts are just some of the free commodities/services provided by the government. In order to fund this powerhouse of a public sector, the income tax is 60-70% and much higher for the wealthy.
Habitants
The people of O Clizzle tend to be very laid-back and accepting. Many other nations view them as lazy. They value free-time and education over money. Major past times include attending psychedelic rock concerts, playing video games, debating philosophical issues, and hacky sack.
The Ben Seidman is the national animal. The snickerdoodle is the national currency.
