Oberepyun

The Province of Oberepyun (literally, Overlord's Land) is a somewhat large province on the coast, the first one founded. It is historically important, holding within its borders Lebrkyo (Freetown), where the first landing was made; Loçñalkyo, the capital and largest city; and Çryupkyo, the sight of the first battle with the wild, indigenous Rorçn. The province is also home to Nolç Xotíñ, the tyrannical leader of the Second Republic for much of its existence.
