The Fiefdom of Occupatia is a tiny, economically powerful nation, renowned for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 5 million live in a state of perpetual fear, as a complete breakdown of social order has led to the rise of order through biker gangs.

The minute, pro-business government, or what there is of one, is effectively ruled by the Department of Commerce, with areas such as Religion & Spirituality and Defence receiving almost no funds by comparison. Income tax is unheard of. A healthy private sector is led by the Information Technology industry, followed by Soda Sales and Pizza Delivery.

Crime is a major problem, and the police force struggles against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Occupatia's national animal is the loyal hound and its currency is the gold coin.
