The Fiefdom of Occupatia is a small, socially progressive nation, notable for its complete absence of social welfare. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 7 million live in a state of perpetual fear, as a complete breakdown of social order has led to the rise of order through biker gangs.

Crime is pervasive, and the police force struggles against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Occupatia's national animal is the loyal hound and its currency is the gold coin.
