The OGZK (Russian: Офис Гражданского Заключения контракта) was founded in 2014 by the People's Republic of Pushistymistan, in a move to offer trained men and women to foreign militaries who might not have the resources to train such soldiers out of their own budgets.
The OGZK exists as a means of offering like-minded but undermanned nations with trained professionals to augment militaries. The OGZK functions as both a distribution centre, bank and headquarters for nodal facilities, which serve as training grounds for the hundreds of thousands of civilian contractors that pass through it every day.
