The OGZK exists as a means of offering like-minded but undermanned nations with trained professionals to augment militaries. The OGZK functions as both a distribution centre, bank and headquarters for nodal facilities, which serve as training grounds for the hundreds of thousands of civilian contractors that pass through it every day. Prices are not set, as the system is set up so that the widely varied units in the OGZK bid on contracts. The bidding lasts no longer than two weeks. If a contract is not taken by the end of two weeks, it is taken down.

The OGZK (Russian: Офис Гражданского Заключения контракта) was founded in 2014 by the People's Republic of Pushistymistan, in a move to offer trained men and women to foreign militaries who might not have the resources to train such soldiers out of their own budgets.

Location

The central OGZK facility is located in uptown Serebraroshcha, and is a four-acre compound, comprised of a shooting range, tactical simulators, several gyms, temporary quarters, a refectionary, and a six-hundred-meter track circling the rim of the compound. There is a central atrium, with small gardens.
