Ol' Booze Company Ltd.
Headquarters (Guffingford): Hoogenbosch, Bloupaarl
Nationality: Guffingfordian
Specialty: Ol' Booze
CEO: Nef Hyland

Founded in 1855 to fuel the hearts and spirits of the hard working bottom layer of the scattered colonies of Knootoss, Guffingford was plagued back then by illegal and quite dangerous mixing companies who tried to make the best alcholic beverage from (toxic) liquids and other waste products. The Ol' Booze Company rapidly gained the reputation of producing and delivering a powerful and strong spirit, able to crank up the standard of living throughout the colonies, and making life better. Contrary to what many Guffingfordians think, Ol' Booze isn't a product coming from Gloucterbury. Rather, it's a German invention but the name of the brand was written in English for marketing value.

From that moment (around 1890) the company went on a rampage, buying smaller distilleries and other companies who were in the trade of producing alcoholic beverages. Ol' Booze is the largest food company in Guffingford, selling an estimate of 15 bottles per citizen in Guffingford a year. Note this is an average, not an absolute estimate. Considering the percentage of alcohol in one bottle of Ol' Booze - around 56% - 15 bottles per person per year is quite a lot. The government - normally not busy handling healthcare and wellbeing of its citizenship, found the Ol' Booze Company a thorn in its side, but could only limit the production by hefty fees and taxes. Nevertheless, the Ol' Booze Company remains at a lonely height in beverage producing Guffingford.
