Summary
OnderKelkia is a member of The Land of Kings and Emperors (the LKE) where he has served as Prime Minister twice and as well as in various ministerial roles. He is currently Director General of the Imperial Intelligence Agency (Head of LKE Intelligence), Chief of the Imperial General Staff of the LKE (Professional Head of the Imperial Army), Lord Chancellor of Norwood (Senior Judge of a LKE Colony) and Attorney General (Chief LKE Lawyer). He also sits in the House of Lords of the LKE after a very long political career. He now mainly devotes himself to intelligence, legal and military matters. OnderKelkia has also served as the Air Marshal of the The New Inquisition Armed Forces and sat on the Committee that wrote the The New Inquisition Consitution.
Pre First Term
OnderKelkia arrived in the LKE due to a secret agreeement to allow him (Inginas, then a enemy of the LKE) into the region after he defected from TALKEC to the LKE. He was made a Member of Parliament within a Hour and then made Minister of Finance by Westiana. Shortly after his arrival Jamhug and Epsilon Andromedae formed a independence movement, taking the Colony of TNL and attempting to invade the Land of Dragionia. The invasion was prevented due to the assistance of The New Inquisition, then a growing LKE Ally. OnderKelkia was shortly appointed Minister of Intelligence and placed several spies in the Breack Away Group (the Federation) which was the first target of LKE Intelligence. He also discovered many federation plots to disrupt the LKE thought up by individuals such as Epsilon Andromedae. OnderKelkia was however crucial in the downfall of Prime Minister Westiana who was voted out by a Vote of No Confidence. He was originally opposed to removing Westiana but was persuaded by individuals such as Citizen Erased and Hobgoblin to change his mind. Citizen Erased suceeded Westiana as Prime Minister and appointed OnderKelkia, the first Minister of Defence - a Combination of the Ministries of War and Intelligence. At this point, the LKE Armed Forces became much more organised and repelled a Invasion of Munster organised by Epsilon Andrdomedae. The LKE Intelligence Service was founded as the first formal intelligence body in the region during this period of time. OnderKelkia was praised by the Emperor and Prime Minister Erased for his reorganisation of the Military. After this OnderKelkia resigned from the Government over its opposition to a Amendment to the Constitution that he supported. The Prime Minister's resignation quickly followed and after a leadership crisis in the ruling People's Party, OnderKelkia was selected as Party Leader and won a General Election on the 13th September 2006.
