Operation Raptor was a military operation by the corporate military of the Hoth Manufacturing Corporation against the Empire of Defuniak. In response to Defuniak's assault of Hoth's allies in Earth NA's Africa, a huge Hoth invasion force swept into the Korean peninsula, where Defuniak's capital lay. In addition, a group of splinter cell Silent Infiltration Operators, codenamed Epsilon Team were airdropped just outside the Defuniakian capital, with orders to infiltrate the city.

The operation was going successfully when it was abruptly halted by a massive internal scuffle inside the Hoth beaurocracy, the Hothian Civil War, that resulted in the overthrowing of government control by Gyptia. The troops were recalled, and, though Defuniak suffered major casulties, it did survive.
