Order of Asgarnian Citizens Rights

The Order of Asgarnian Citizen's Rights is as follows:

WE, The citizens of Asgarnieu, a free and democratic empire, declare the following rights to be unalienable and permanent in Asgarnian society and law:

1) The right to have a Fair and Fast trial in a court of Asgarnian Common Law
2) The right to Assemble and PEACEFULLY protest all decisions made by local, provincial/territorial, and federal lawmakers
3) The right to own and carry firearms on our persons without being subject to arrest or discipline for the purpose of self-defense
4) The right to speak freely regarding political issues and ALL other issues related or not
5) The right to travel freely within the United Democratic Empire of Asgarnieu, and abroad
6) The right to privacy in our homes
7) The right to hold government office on the local, provincial/territorial, and federal levels
8) The right to be treated as an equal in the nation by not being judged by race, creed, religion, disability, or age
9) The right to choose a religion and practice said religion with persecution from the government
10) The right to vote for local, provincial/territorial, or federal candidates at the age of 18
11) The right to permanently leave Asgarnieu to live in another nation without persecution.
12) The right to propose issues to the government, with the intent to vote upon said issues.
13) The right to purchase freely.
14) The right to leave the country at will and pledge allegiance to another nation.

IF these rights are violated, the harshest possible punishment will be delivered upon said violator. This order of Asgarnian Citizen's Rights IS NOT TO BE CHANGED, but can have rights--voted on by the citizens of Asgarnieu--added on at any time.
