The 2nd Oxen CUP will be held under a TRUE swiss-system tourney. Each team will play one match. The 8 winners of those matches, will be drawn to play each other, as will the 8 losers. After the second round, the 4 remaining winners will play each other, while the 4 winners for the loser's side and the 4 losers of the winner's side will play each other as will the 4 losers of the loser's side. After the 3rd round, the remaining 2 unbeatens will play for the championship and so on down the line. Each team will play 4 matches and will not play a team twice. Under such a system, there can not be a draw, all matches must have a winner.

Only Goals scored in regulation or Extra Time are counted as Goals Scored or Allowed. PK goals are not counted towards Goals Scored or Allowed.
The Order in which teams are listed are no indication of Final Position. An * means team won a match on Penalty Kicks.
