The Pacitalian National Olympic Committee is the private, non-profit body representing Pacitalian athletes in the NS Summer and Winter Olympic Games, and the Atlantian Oceanian Olympics. The body was founded in 1908, but recognised by the government in 1910.

The PNOC is headed by Alberto Giovanni Cazamorga, who also fills the spot for Pacitalia on the NS Olympic Committee's Upper Council. He was the previous head of the NSIOC, which was replaced by the NSOC when the former organisation merged into the latter.
