Pacitalian Transfer Status Level (Immigration)

The Transfer Status Level system is the official immigration scale used by the Pacitalian Ministry of Customs and Immigration (MoCI). It was implemented by Pacitalia's Agustinate of Customs and Immigration Giancarlo Adriano Caporello in 2003. The scale has made it easier for foreign nationals to determine their standing among MoCI regulations and plan their vacation to Pacitalia accordingly. All nations start at Level Yellow and their status moves up or down the scale depending on the strength or weakness of their relations with Pacitalia.

| Green | Nations in Level Green status have the most accessibility to Pacitalia. Traditionally, there is a convention that nations can only enter Green if they have been a strong ally of Pacitalia for 10 years without interruption. Many nations do fit this category but only one has so far been elevated from Blue to Green.
Requirements of entry: Valid driver's licence (DL), birth certificate (BC) or student identification card (SIC). Biometric identification also available. |

| Blue | Nations in Level Blue status still enjoy the same travel freedoms as Level Green nations but need to present an additional document to do so. Traditionally, Level Blue nationals are of nations with strong ties to Pacitalia.

| Yellow | Yellow is, as mentioned, the starting point for all nations on the scale. Most nations that exist here have cordial or budding ties with Pacitalia, or Pacitalia simply has a neutral opinion on the nation and therefore still welcomes its nationals accordingly. Members of alliances Pacitalia is in also stand here unless they have made separate agreements or overtures in which their status has moved up.

| Orange | Citizens of Level Orange nations are still welcome in Pacitalia but the process in which they may enter is lengthy and rather bureaucratic. Nationals must not only apply for a travel visa, they cannot even approach a customs checkpoint without a second document permitting them to do so. Even then, Pacitalian Immigration Protection Agency (PIPA) agents watch them constantly from their entry into the checkpoint, through processing, and onto Pacitalian soil. In addition to this, the travel visa for Level Orange does not last as long.

| Red | Citizens of Level Red nations are barred from entry into Pacitalia. If they attempt to enter, they will be detained by PIPA and subject to immediate deportation and/or short-term imprisonment for violating immigration law.
