Co-founded by Liverpool England, Grays Harbor, Aerigia and Clearwater, this alliance has since grown, and although this number has since decreased and the use of this partnership gone out-of-date, this is merely an example of nations within The Heartland working hard together for a common goal, something which is rarer as the region grows inactive.
