Paul Badder is a counselor of Cafundeu's government. He is also a famous teacher and the most important person in the education area in the country. He created the style of Cafundéu's education and laws to the students and teachers.
Badder has an incredible knowledge, and still give lessons in the Dunboor University. His political career started in the Teachers' Union, and later in the government. He had a serious health problem last year, but he seems better now.
