Penguin Group Ltd is a conglomeration of separately run companies that each use the Penguin brand of Pinguinian celebrity business tycoon Sir Nicolas Swanson. The core business areas are travel, entertainment and lifestyle, among others.

Swanson retains complete ownership and control of the Penguin Brand.
