The penguin National Guard is the land based section of the Skankin Penguin's Army, they defend or attack in any land battle
Stats
Real Life example: US Army
Purpose: To protect our boarders and coastlines, and ingage in any land battle

- Basic infantry- BAR 1995, Frag Granades, Combat knives
- Support Infantry- Shotgun, Smoke Granades, Combat Harpoons
- Assistant infrantry- M3 Garrant, Frag, Combat Knives
- Anti-Vehicle infantry- Mines, Bazooka ver.5- , 1998 Colt
