Dr. Peter Heid is the topical UN, intelligence and recruitment minister of The Eurasian Republic, Avareelian President of State, President of the Avareelian Council of State and chairman of the Democratic Socialist Party.

Personal history

He was born the 1st of July in 1951 at Stichheim, a small town in the central Avareelian region Barusen, as the 3rd child of the teacher Georg Heid and the journalist Michaela Dussert. He went to the famous Young Stars University of Schwillenhorst where he promoved in 1978 as Doctor for History. Nowadays, he has written two famous biographies about Julius Caesar and Marcus Antonius. Since 1979, Peter Heid is married to Ying Lee, a professional artist, has become father of two children, Sonja Heid(born in 1980) and Jürgen Heid(born in 1983) and grandfather of Jens Kohlern (born in 2003).

Political career

In 1972, Peter Heid became member of the Democratic Socialist Party. He was elected into the Council of Town of his hometown Stichheim in 1970 and into the Council of Town of Schwillenhorst in 1972, of which he became the President in 1977. From 1979 to 1982, he was member of the Council of District of Schwillenhorster Land, before he was elected into the Council of Subregion of Theyermark and directly became its President. Only another three years later, in 1985, he became member of the Council of Region of Meereland and was chosen as Meereland´s Minister for Education and Families in 1987. In 1993, he was elected into the Council of State. He became national Minister for Education and Families in 1995, Minister for Foreign Affairs in 1999, chairman of the DSP in 2002 and President of the Council of State in 2004. After Avareelia had become member of the Eurasian Republic, Peter Heid joined the Liberal Socialist Party. After the election of January 2006, he became the Eurasian Republic´s UN, intelligence and recruitment minister.
