History

The Dictatorship of Philipinoff was founded in the year 1944 by Philipo Municoff, an iron fist politician and ex-war general. The large land was mistakenly found after his ship crashed on what we know today as Philipinoff Bay. More imigrants from Europe arrived where it would one day populate wildly into a vast,strong nation. Although the people loved their country, they weren't keen on elections. They thought that it was a waste of time and that a single leader would suffice. Ever since then, The Communist Conservative Party ran things until this day. Philipo appreciated the fact that his people would rather have the Parliement grow Democracy and not some other Democratic or Republican Parties. Philipinoff has made its way through a few regions before delegating Pyre like The South Pacific, The Pub, The Soviet Union, Socialist Powers and finally The Federalist Europe Alliance (FEA), who have now become the rival federalist region. After fleeing from the FEA, Philipinoff, Mayjjhong, Dansdale and Ytopie were the first to inhabit Pyre. Now, they have grown as has Philipinoff. It is strong in weaponry manufacturing and in keeping a close eye on their citizens which the government refers to as, Human Ressources.

Municoff hall

Marriage is a taboo conversation starter in Philipinoff. Married couples are allowed to have as many as two children under laws of The Philmonduccan religion and under strict government laws. Unwedded couples, however, are permitted to have as many children as they like. This was one of the first issues resolved in Municoff Hall, the number one Parlement of Philipinoff. Gambling is for ages of twenty and older, the legal drinking age is twenty and the legal driving age is eighteen. Crime, especially youth related, is kept under strict control. The death penalty is legal in Philpinoff which keeps the citizens on their guard. Drinking and driving was another resolved is in Municoff Hall. Someone who is caught drinking and driving are arrested for a long time or put to death. The courts of Philipinoff have the power to prove if someone is innocent or guilty, but the government decides if the personne deserves to live. War between the FEA and Pyre had broken out in rescent times. Both regions have seen different point of views of politics and on humanity. The Jingoistic States of Mayyjhong were attacked by the FEA three times in the past which launched the war on uncharted territories near the FEA. That same year, Philipinoff spilt a small part of itself into a new nation called Philikraine which was later invaded by Petoraland. Soon, after Philipinoff was able to whitstand Petoraland's attacks, the three nations became allies in Pyre.

Conflict

Since the begining of Philipinoff, there have been its fair share of enemies. Although Philipinoff was small and underpopulated at the time, it still found a way to stand its ground without being obliterated. Philipinoff never had any trouble in the early regions. It really started around the Soviet Union where a new group of communists arrived and forced the smaller nations to leave, making Philipinoff the first candidate at the time. After becoming a refugee from the Soviet Union, the Socialist Powers, now a close ally, took him in where he would grow, become fully feared and start a life-long allyship with Mayyjhong. The real conflict began when Philipinoff moved to the Federalist Europe Alliance (FEA). Most liked his upbeat attitude and his way of running thigns, but the delegate Khannandor, did not. He and the elder nations of the FEA were not with Philipinoff, Mayyjhong, Ytopie and Dansdale. After a long time of being in the FEA, Philipinoff and his clan left to build their own region where Philipinoff would finally rise to power. Ever since, Pyre has made a long time enemy called the FEA. Both delegates kept on fighting and fighting and it still continues today. After Mayyjhong was attacked the first time, then Cubanika defended. When Dansdale attacked Lower Otter, Twickers defended and it all turned into a savage war. Pyre's allies are always on the look out to when and where they could be helpful. It seems that this will create a long conflict between the two regions.

The conflict of Korpan Chi also rose. He was small nation who become literally obsessed with Pyre and Philipinoff all together. The nation tried to cause a feud between Philipinoff and Mayyjhong which failed followed by Korpan's exile. He was sent to the Rejected Realms where he tried recruiting members to attack Pyre which once again failed. Thenb he tried the FEA and The Socialists which didn't launch. Korpan Chi was from then on never heard from again.

It seems that war will not leave Pyre any time soon, but it will build their character and raise their level to an all-time high.

Culture and Customs

Philipinoff has its fair share of differences from other nations, religion wise, culture wise and custom wise. Ever since it was founded, Philipinoff has struggles to acquire its own culture in order to differentiate itself from others.

The Philmonduccan religion is probably the oldest and most chairished part of Philipinoff. The citizens attend the temple every Friday night as required to rejoice in their spirituality and comradship. The Philmonduccan religion was started by Philipo D. Municoff's son in 1949. That year, most of the tax payer's money was set to build the first Philmonduccan church but it was worth it. The religion inspires the people to love and cherich the running President at all times. It also says that they can celebrate any God that they find easier to beleive in, but always to put the President first. When entering the church, all citizens must sign the national anthym to show their respect. Some Republican or Liberal nations may see it as somewhat of a cult, others see it as having the freedome that they truly deserve.

The first language in Philipinoff is of course Philinovian, which is tought in every school in the country. It is part of the latin writting system with a twist variant of Philinovian. Philipinoff actually has two different sets of Philinovian: Philmonta and Philconna. The northern part of Philipinoff over the Suez Canal speaks Philmonta Philinovian as under the Canal speaks Philconna. It is the Philinovian version of Cantonese and Chinese really. When ever a Philconna meets with a Philmonta, they will speak simple Philinovian but if they speak their regional language, they won't understand each other. Every school is then authorised to teach Philinovian and Philconna or Philmonat, depending on where they live.

Tazmanian Devils are the most sacred animals in Philipinoff and it is against the law to hunt or eat them. The same goes for Dogs and Cats. The most renound delicacie in Philipinoff is Emu , yes Emu. They're only allowed to hunt a certain amount which still leaves the Emu population moderate. Any authentic Philinovian restaurant will serve it on a platter wit three different sauce types.It isn't Philinovians do not eat with forks, spoons or chop-stciks. They eat with sporks. A spoon base with sharp fork edges around it. The national anthym must be sang with their right hand over their heart at all times. Every wedding must be approved by the government which means that if the two are from either or side of the Canal aren't allowed to be wedded.

Leaders of Philipinoff

In 1944, a new nation was born. It was called Philipinoff. Yes, it was beautiful and had a vast land but all this was thanks to one man, the first leader of Philipinoff, Philipo Demitrinov Municoff(1944-1958). He had a dream of one day escaping the hustle of being tortures and patrionised in his old nation, which will remain nameless. Philipo D. Municoff began Philipinoff in 1944 and remained in office until 1958. He was a man who believed in the old fashioned way of living, with an iron fist. All women stayed home while all the men went to work and expected dinner on the table by five. He married Anastasia Solignac, the young daughter of Philinovian actor, Charletto Solignac.
