An underground movement of cigarette smokers has sprung up in response to a government ban, corporations are forbidden from employing outside the nation, citizens select which government department gets their income tax biscuits each year, and murderers frequently escape punishment by claiming they were protecting their honour. Dragunova's allies were Roman Republic and his region the Federation of the Red Army. Towards the end of the war the people of Philips Nightmare were preparing for surrender, but Prince Philip new better. During Twelve's bleakest hour help arrived. From Nargopia, his region and many others. But before the counteroffensive could be launched Dragunovian and Roman Republic troops started retreating. It seems the Cutie ally Icy Hot Cream had converted them to thier national religion. Dragunova now sees Pope Cameron of Icy Hot Cream as their religious leader and will no longer attack an nation of the Cuties. As the soldiers marched back to Shavergrad, Dragunova there was talk heard that even they would join the region of the Cuties.
