The Philo Republic or informally The Republic of Philopolis is a Democratic Unitary Presidential Republic. The capital is Þri (pronounced fe/ri) as well as being the largest city.

The Parliament of Philopolis, the Legislative branch, consist of the Senate (upper house) and the National Council (lower house).

The Executive branch consists of the Prime Philo, the Deputy of the Republic and the various Ministries.
Judicial Branch
The judiciary of philopolis consist of three levels
Premier Courts
The first level of courts in which all cases start. There are four premier courts
- Civil Courts (dealing with civil law)
- Penal Courts (dealing with criminal law)
- Commerce Courts (law dealing with the relationship between businesses and their relationship with the public)
- Administrative Courts (law dealing with how government is run)

Appalate Courts
The second level of courts which hears cases being appealed. Unlike the first level, the courts aren't divided. There is one appalate court for each province of philopolis. an appalate court is headed by a president.
Supreme Court of Philopolis
The court of last resort. It is comprised of six Justices and one Judgemaster.
National Subdivisions
Philopolis is subdivided into nine Provinces. Each of the Provinces are further subdivied into Departments, then Districts and finally into Townships.
