Philphos Ma was a moravian buisness-man and by sale the heir of the Sokratian claim 347-356.His origin is obscure,but his family was well known as the time.He was one of the most richest Moravians,his private fortune estimated equal to todays 502 000 000 dollars.He had buyed the Sokratian claim off the widow of the last claimant Andrew II. Sokrates XVIII. in 347 as a curiosity,yet as time passed became more and more obsesed with it,finaly establishing a family hierarchy equal to the Sokratian's,gaining wast political power through his welth,even becoming "Co-Census" of finance of Moravai in 353. He died in 356 and was succeeded to both his buisnes and title by his son Alexandros Theta .
