The island group Phoenix, placed 2000 miles west from Australia in the Indian Ocean, has been colonized by the Germans in 1612. Till 1943 the colony phoenix has been attacked by the allied forces in the second world war. The germans has been defeated after three months and the allied forces renamend Phoenix into Phoenezien as an state of the united states of america. Phoenezian rebells based an rebell organisation named "Phoenix Freedom" on 1951. An organisation, with 400.000 members defeated the American army from the Phoenix islands succesfully and forced them to escape back to America. On 1954 was Phoenix complete independent. The politicans organized an democratic state the law and order with the name Phoenix Republic until 1996. An assasination against the prime minister Jude Carrenter solved an civil war in the republic. On 21th Decenber 2004 an group of peace keepers spread the peace on the island group. On 7th January 2005, the state "Phoenix Core" has been founded. They voted on the day after the new president Hartmut Scheer, who foundet the World Peace Alliance.

  Hartmut Scheer has been voted as the first president. President Hartmut Scheer decided to use the Dollar as the national currency. President Hartmut Scheer decided to build up a state which fight for peace on earth and foundet the World Peace Alliance. The United Nations confirmed the application.   The gouvernment demonstrated that Phoenix Core is a free land, while let proceed an nazi demonstration. "It's exactly because we're civilized that we must let the demonstration proceed," says free speech campaigner Anne-Marie Winters. "We may not like what they have to say, but in this society, people have the right to argue whatever political view they want, no matter how hateful, selfish, or stupid it is."

Phoenix Core is an island state. The main and biggest island is the Phoenix island. The smaller island in the north of Phoenix island is called Place of Freedom island. Its got that name, because of the established main rebell base of Phoenix Freedom in the year 1952.
