The Plains Of Ruin recieved there name after this battle. The Octavian army won a decisive victory over the barbarians and it became apparent they wanted the feuding empires destroyed. Little is truely known about the battle besides numbers and location. It took place over a 12 hour span and the result was the barbarian army routing.
