Plato III Phraates was a king of Moravia in a rival area in Bulgaria 298-270 BC Plato I of Moravia,successor to his uncle Plato II Antigonates.If he usurped the throne after his uncle's death,or was nominated by him as successor is unclear.In 280, he expanded into Sardinia.In 275 he built the grand wall of woes.He died in 270,and was succeeded by his brother Plato IV Orodes.
