Plato VII Vardanes was a king of Moravia in a rival area in Bulgaria 220-200 the son and successor to Plato VI Artabanus.he continued negotiations woth the Antipater.In 205 he moved his capital to Brešt.In 201 he again moved his capital,this time to Thesrť.He died in 200 BC and was succeded by Plato VIII Philophator.
