Pluto

Pluto has been inhabited by several nations in the past. Its current longest-term residents are the Snel, who first landed near the end of 010's rule on Charon. The Snel have since built a network of habitats surrounding most of the planetoid's icy mantle, with the only major extensions to the surface located at the south pole and sub-Charon point.

Pluto is also the site of an ancient crashed extraterrestrial starship, first discovered by 010 and investigated by archeaological teams from 010, The Snel Race, and Zero-One.

Pluto and its moon were also claimed as the property of the nation of El Cid the Hero, when someone pointed out to him that the planets where up for grabs. El Cid has built a giant curry house and naan bread farm there, for reasons that have never been fully explained. It is, however, one of the best (perhaps the only) places to eat in the outer solar system.
